Australian Consumer Law — Your Rights

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods fail to be of acceptable quality, match a description or sample, or do not have the agreed functionality. These guarantees are in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

  • Acceptable quality includes safety, durability and freedom from defects.
  • We will not exclude ACL rights; any attempt to do so is void.
  • For claims, retain proof of purchase and contact our support team.
Certified materials
We document materials and care guidance with every order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for faulty goods in accordance with ACL. For change-of-mind returns, we provide returns at our discretion and subject to restocking fees and shipping costs.

  1. Report faults within a reasonable time after discovery.
  2. Rivenshore will assess the claim and advise remedies (repair/replacement/refund).
  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method where applicable.
